1. Refund Policy for Online Personal Training & Group Classes
a) Non-Refundable Once Services Begin
• All purchases for online personal training and group fitness classes are non-refundable once the service has started.
• If you have attended at least one session, you will not be eligible for a refund.
b) Cancellation Before First Session
• If you decide to cancel before your first scheduled session, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
• Refund requests made after 24 hours of purchase but before the first session may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative fees.
c) Missed Sessions & Rescheduling
• Missed sessions will not be refunded. However, if you inform us at least 24 hours in advance, we may allow you to reschedule based on trainer availability.
• Group class memberships operate on a fixed schedule, and missed classes cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
d) Cancellations by Us
• If a scheduled session or class is canceled by Virtual Fitness By Raj due to unforeseen circumstances (such as technical issues or trainer unavailability), we will offer a replacement session or extend your package accordingly.
2. Refund Policy for Nutrition Plans
a) Non-Refundable After Delivery
• Since nutrition plans are customized and digitally delivered, they are non-refundable once provided.
• If you are unsatisfied with your plan, we offer one free revision within 7 days of delivery to make necessary adjustments.
b) Exceptional Cases
• If you believe there has been an error in your nutrition plan (such as incorrect information or missing details), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your plan, and we will review your case.
3. Exceptional Refund Cases
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
• Medical Emergencies: If you are unable to continue due to a medical condition (doctor’s note required).
• Unavoidable Life Events: In cases of severe personal circumstances that prevent you from continuing your training or classes, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
